  My partner went to Woodford mill tea room this afternoon for a baby shower. She came home and told me about how poor the food was. £16 for a quater of a sandwich the most dry scone that she had ever eaten.
  
  Whilst being in a party of 20 people you would expect the service to be slightly slower than usual but, She had ordered drinks for herself and the little girl with her and got told to return to the table and they would bring the drinks over. 20 minutes later still no drinks but the waiter and waitress stood behind the bar locking lips!! How unprofessional.
  
  I heard good things about this place but after hearing about their experience I would never recommend the mill to anyone

  Ideal for walkers as lovely outside space if you don't want to tread muddy boots inside. Dog friendly outside (not sure about in) fantastic Cappuccino and lovely homemade cakes. We've had tapas here that were fab. Not had a full meal here yet but everything we've tried has been lovely
